Attention: If you are interested in registering your child for the preschool program, you must contact the Preschool Coordinator at 595-1570 (x1468) to either complete the application process or initiate a meeting before completing the online registration.

If you have not yet received a username and password from the Hudson School District, you need to apply for a Family Account by completing the form to the right.

If you have already applied for a Family Account, you should have received an email with your username and password from the Hudson School District. If you did create a Family Account and have NOT received an email, please send an email to the webmaster detailing your account application.

As a reminder, you should only sign up for an account if the following conditions are true:

  • You are a parent/guardian needing to register your child for school.
  • Your child is of age to enroll for the applicable school year.

In the event that you are unable to complete the online registration, or would prefer to print out the forms and complete them by hand, we provide the blank forms here for download.

Per federal and state requirements, the following forms are required upon registration. Click on the form and a separate window will open in Adobe Acrobat to view and print the form.

The forms listed below are not required, though they are extremely important to the Hudson School District and the development of your child. We would request these forms be submitted on, or shortly after registration.
